UbiPharm Senegal celebrates its
30th anniversary
On November 9, 2023, UbiPharm Senegal, a major player in the pharmaceutical sector, held a gala dinner to celebrate its thirtieth anniversary at the King Fahd Palace Hotel in Dakar.
The event was marked by an exceptional evening full of emotion, and brought together almost 300 participants, including customers, staff and partners, creating a festive atmosphere.
From COPHASE to UbiPharm Senegal
The company's history began with 3 women who showed boldness and courage in creating COPHASE, which became UbiPharm Senegal:
-Ms FALL Ndèye Djeyneba Mbodj, first President of the Senegalese Pharmacists' Association,
-Ms DIALLO DECUPPER Solange, President of the Senegalese Private Pharmacists' Union,
-Ms SOW BA Emilienne, President of the Senegalese Pharmacists' Association.
All three had set themselves the mission of uniting Senegal's entire pharmaceutical profession around a common goal: to put in place a solid structure capable of ensuring the availability of medicines in the country.
Trois décennies se sont écoulées, et ça se fête
Pour souligner ce grand accomplissement, la soirée a débuté par les discours poignants de :
- Monsieur MOUSSA DIEDHIOU (PCA UbiPharm Sénégal);
- Monsieur MANGOUA (Directeur Général du groupe UbiPharm);
- Et Madame NTSAME OBAME SOLANGE (PCA du groupe UbiPharm).
Tour à tour, ils ont pris la parole pour revenir sur les moments forts qui ont jalonné les trente dernières années de UbiPharm Sénégal, et ont partagé des anecdotes mettant en lumière les défis surmontés pour rendre la santé accessible et disponible à la population sénégalaise.
Lors de l’événement, les invités ont pu profiter d’une animation culturelle, performée par un groupe de ballet traditionnel mettant en avant toute la richesse de la culture Sénégalaise.
La célébration du trentième anniversaire de UbiPharm Sénégal s’est conclue par une soirée dansante permettant de créer d’autres beaux souvenirs. Ce gala restera gravé dans la mémoire collective et symbolise un chapitre marquant dans l’histoire de UbiPharm Sénégal.
